• We ship across India (PAN India)
• International shipping currently not supported

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day

3. Delivery Time Estimates

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping for orders above ₹1,000
• Orders below ₹1,000: Flat shipping fee of ₹50

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS/email
• Track your package on the courier provider’s site

6. Packaging

• All items are securely packed with tamper-proof materials
• Fragile items are bubble-wrapped to ensure safe transit

7. Delays

• Shipping delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control

8. Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, the order will be returned and reshipped upon customer confirmation (reshipping charges apply)
