Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 2 days from date of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original condition with packaging and tags
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., earbuds, grooming kits)
- Digital products or software
- Clearance sale items (if marked “non-returnable”)
3. Exchange Process
- To exchange an item (size/color issue), email mylammydeen@gmail.com within 7 days
- Customer must ship the product back; we’ll send the replacement once received
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged/defective
5. Refunds
- Once item is inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be made to original payment method or via bank transfer
6. Damaged / Wrong Product
Email unboxing video and images within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement/refund
