1. Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 2 days from date of delivery
• Item must be unused, in original condition with packaging and tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personal hygiene items (e.g., earbuds, grooming kits)
• Digital products or software
• Clearance sale items (if marked “non-returnable”)

3. Exchange Process

• To exchange an item (size/color issue), email mylammydeen@gmail.com within 7 days
• Customer must ship the product back; we’ll send the replacement once received

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged/defective

5. Refunds

• Once item is inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be made to original payment method or via bank transfer

6. Damaged / Wrong Product

Email unboxing video and images within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement/refund
